Responsibility:
• Conduct an assessment of customer needs
• Designing and presenting solutions according to customer needs
• Conducting presentations and internal reviews of presales activities for each customer handled
• Make technical proposals and bill of quantity for solutions submitted to customers
• Collaborate with the internal team in the preselling process
• Follow & adapt to IT solutions trends and self-improving IT solutions knowledge
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Informatics Engineering/Information System
• 3-5 years experienced as a presales or solution architect
• Understand the concept of data management (data warehouse, business intelligence, data integration, big data, and others) and business applications (financial management and asset management)
• Familiar with data analytic products such as Informatica, Talend, Tableau, Tanzu Data (Greenplum), etc & business application products such as Infor Sunsystem, Infor d/EPM, Maximo, etc.
• Have strong analytical thinking
• Have good communication skills both verbal and written
• Good communication in English (active is prioritized)
• Certification related to data management solutions is preferred
• Have basic knowledge of platform infrastructures such as servers and virtualization
• Fast-learner and detail-oriented
• Excellent knowledge of Ms-Office
