Technical Support for Managed Services

Responsibilities :
• Assist customers with maintenance activities 24×7
• Respond to critical incidents to ensure rapid restoration of service
• Resolve technical problems raised by customers
• Be an integral part of a Project team which ensures the successful operation and high availability.

Requirements :
• Having 2 or more years project management experience in IT;
• Have experience in the following domains preferred: managing IT Infrastructure and implementation projects
Familiar with Monitoring tools such as Solarwinds, IBM Websphere Application Server; Operating System: Windows and Linux; Backup Software: Veeam and IBM DB2.
• Able to work under pressure;
• Able to work on Documentation;
• Good communication and a team player
• Temporary position (1 Year)
